Soft Ripened cheese is an ever so special treat made for the holidays. When we start making it the word gets out and it creates a flutter of conversation like a murmuration of birds. From now until the new year the farm house kitchen will have one of these cheeses on the table under a glass dome to grace the transition from out door work to winter evenings with flavor and to greet whomever comes in.

We list this cheese as a stand alone box because there are some people who just really want this cheese and need direct uncluttered access. Here it just a box with two of our soft ripened cheeses and a postcard.
